GardenHarvest is a personal garden tracking app. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
Information We Collect
GardenHarvest does not require account creation and does not collect personal profile information for account registration.
The app stores the data you enter, such as:
- Lookup items (for example, produce names and price references)
- Harvest records (including quantity, unit, notes, and optional photos)
- Expense records (including item, amount, date, and optional notes)
How Data Is Stored
By default, app data is stored locally on your device using Apple system storage. GardenHarvest does not transmit your garden data to external servers.
Photos and Camera
If you choose to add photos, GardenHarvest may request access to:
- Camera — to capture photos
- Photo Library — to select photos
These permissions are optional and only used for features you choose to use. You can manage these permissions at any time in iOS Settings → GardenHarvest.
Data Sharing
- GardenHarvest does not sell your data.
- GardenHarvest does not share your data with third-party advertisers.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Data remains on your device unless you delete it in the app or remove the app from your device.
- You can delete individual records within the app at any time.
Children's Privacy
GardenHarvest is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can address it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
